Part-Time - Real Estate Photographer (Broward County, South Palm Beach, North Miami Dade)
Looking to hire a part-time Real Estate Photographer to shoot 2 to 3 weekdays (morning to early afternoon, all dependent on the client's request). Please read below in its entirety before responding.
This is ideal for someone who already has a part-time job or is a student and enjoys photography as a hobby or is looking to make some extra income and learn about real estate photography.

Minimum equipment photographer must own:
1. DSLR Full Frame Camera with a lens that is at least 16mm Lens or DSLR Crop Sensor with a lens that is at least 10mm Lens.
2. A stable Tripod
3. A Speedlight flash or better.
4. Remote Trigger / Shutter release
For Aerial / Video work
5. Drone
6. Gimbal Stabilizer (such as DJI Ronin / Zhiyun Crane for video)
No experience necessary, I will teach but must understand basic camera settings for shooting in Manual Mode. Must be reliable, punctual, presentable and have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. Must reside in Broward County
Pay is $50 per shoot for a basic shoot (more for Drone and / or Video). NO Editing is required. Deliver RAW images. No reimbursement for mileage or gas. 1099 will be issued at year-end for taxes.
All photographs taken and delivered shall be deemed "works made for hire", and my company shall be sole owner of the photographs and of all rights, including copyrights, in such photographs.
