Jennifer and I made this trek down to the iconic Sella Bay palm tree for a fun shoot. I had been dreaming of creating something fun here from the first moment I saw the area. Just days before leaving the island, we made it happen! This hike was absolutely brutal for me this time around, a few days later I learned my little peanut Ellie was just beginning to form within my womb, so special!

A beautiful day playing on Ruby Beach and witnessing their small wedding with friends in the beautiful HOH rainforest!

I went to high school with Phil and Kara many moons ago, so fun to be a part of their special day with them and to see old friends as well!

This shot from Ruby Beach is one of my favorites from the day, I love the way the light funneled into this little cove and it was the perfect place to hide from the midday sun before the fog rolled in for some real PNW feel.

Happy Sunday!

I hope you all enjoyed a beautiful weekend. I shot a gorgeous small wedding in The HOH with a pit stop at Ruby Beach this weekend and I can hardly wait to show you all some sneaks! Then today was the perfect family day soaking in the sunshine, after my first day away from Ellie.

Before we get to the wedding bells, how sweet is this motherhood session?! This is Amanda, she was the winner of my mothers day giveaway. Her sweet babies showed me their favorite spot down by the creek before we went and fed their horse. Motherhood is so precious, I absolutely love to capture it!

Motherhood moments might just take the cake for my favorite captured memories. And this momma right here is extra special to me, my cousin and her sweet babe! So fun to be raising babies together. 🥰 Ellie and I got to spend a long weekend up North, Michigan making memories with these two and it could not have been more sweet! ✨

Can you believe it’s August already, summer is flying by and my baby is already a whole 7 months old! We have been soaking up every minute of this season with lots of hiking, traveling and sessions in some of my favorite spots around town.
