The idea for these photos requires some planning and is a multi-step process. Starting off with shooting for a 360 degree panorama, with lots of sky, water or grass areas, making the pano (I use AutoPano Giga), then manipulating the image further in Photoshop and Lightroom. It does not always work, but the more of these you do - the better idea you will have as how to shoot FOR this kinda look.
