Legacy Sessions are filled with many beautiful & delicate layers. It’s my job to see each one, piece by piece and make it into a visual heirloom for the heart from the heart 🩵. “We made a mini family trip out of our LBI session last year. I never take time off and it was one of the best vacations we had. I cherish the memories we made. The girls played with the shells they collected that night for days to come. My daughter still sang the song from the reel Erin made months later because she loved it so much. 90 years of HER💜🪻 There is a very good chance if your local to the Minisink Area you know her…She is a pillar of service in our community & the matriarch of her beautiful family… filled with wit, grit, unwavering support for those she loves💜 & taught 📚 (including me & my mom 🥹)… those are just a few ways to describe her. Her many honorable life titles look amazing on paper but it’s family at the end of the day who call her Baba… Babs … mom & friend that matter most. So gathered on the eve of her 90th birthday surrounded by ALL her grand babes and great grand babes from all over the country we slowed time down to celebrate the woman who continues to leave a deep impact on all she comes in contact with with. Splashes of purple 🪻, a sunset over her farm🐮… a glass of her favorite gin, chaos of the adorable kind around the maypole and legacy on full display. Thank you E fam for trusting me … with all of it 💜 Love you , you truly are one of a kind and a gift to this world ! Xo- Erin

It had been 11 years since I last saw this precious family and WHAT a reunion we had (EPIC if you ask me)… I am speechless to be honest, words escape me, gratitude overflows my heart. Thank you for joining me in the mountains and for sharing your amazing family with me once again, it meant more to me than you know ! Truly breathtaking …. Every one of you 🤍⛰️🙏🏻

When my Grady was just a few months old, I found Kristin's blog on the internet, her son Carter was just two months younger that Grady. I sent an email that would launch a forever bond, extra chromosome love, friendship and connection that I thank God for all the time. 10 years ago I photographed them in the mountains of NC and this past week I met them at their homestead.

A Lifestyle session to begin, in the home and to the stream then ending in sunset portraits with a few stars of the show including Hattie their pet donkey. I really didn't want to leave, I wish we lived closer all the time and I am pretty sure Carter asked me on so many dates, and I must return to take him up on that!

I love you all so much, thank you for trusting me once again with your family. I happened to shoot this session on my birthday and I really couldn't think of a better way to spend it than with your family.

I’ve always been convinced that each and every photoshoot I take on is an assignment by God. Divine appointment for me to step into another’s space at a specific time and for a reason… I take little credit for the gifts he’s given me to share & never once have doubted his presence with me …maybe my purpose is to get the smiles,make a memory, help you see your life in a new light or tell a new story in this chapter. Whatever it is AI cannot duplicate a heart behind a camera who clicks the shutter when the feels hit deep. I left this session in NC just melted in gratitude to capture this mama with her girls. Together. Butterfly season 🦋🤍 thank you for trusting me with this time 🫶🏻 xo-Erin
