After much consideration, I will be "closing" down the Elle Ave rental studio. I (Bree Elle Photography) need the space for some ongoing sets that I'd like to keep up year round and will no longer be able to offer an exclusive space for photographers to rent. Thanks for all the support, to those who have brought their clients here, and captured some beautiful photos, you creatives are beautiful.

All set up from a rental today! I can’t promise we’ll always have plants that are alive, lol, but other than that, everything pictured is included in the rental price! Nice neutral Anthropologie bedding with two different headboards to choose from, a beige couch, a chair or two(always looking for good ones to add to our collection) and not pictured is a whole seating area for clients as well as Einstein studio lighting for when/if needed. Not to mention the amazing window seat area! A black shiplap wall(on the left) and a few neutral colored 107” backdrop papers are on the list of additions as well. Bring in any extra pieces to make the space unique and yours!
