✨ HAPPY SEPTEMBER! ✨

We are officially 3 days into the new month, and I can finally say… I’M MOVED! 🥹🏡

For the most part, I am officially situated and settled enough to get back into my normal workflow. Which means…

📸 EDITING HAS STARTED BACK UP! 📸

I am no longer packing, cleaning, moving boxes, or trying to figure out what goes where in an entire house. 😂 And honestly, I could NOT have gotten through the move as quickly as I did without my best friend.

A HUGE SHOUTOUT to her because she was a MASSIVE part of why I was able to get out of my old house in just 5 DAYS.

Yep.

5 DAYS.

We packed, cleaned, moved, organized, and somehow managed to get an entire house taken care of in FIVE DAYS. 😅👏

And because I have to brag on her a little more… she is also the proud owner of her own small business, Cloud Candy PNW , where she makes the most fun, gorgeous cotton candy that is almost too pretty to eat! ☁️🍭

Now that I'm finally more settled, I wanted to give everyone an important business update:

💍 WEDDING GALLERIES

Moving forward, all wedding galleries will be closer to your 6-month delivery timeframe, unless we have already previously discussed a different timeline. If we've already talked about your gallery specifically, you know who you are! ❤️

All galleries are currently running a little behind, and I truly appreciate everyone's patience while I've been juggling the move, work, photographing, and editing.

I am actively working through galleries again and will be getting as much editing done as I possibly can.

BUT…

🏎️ I will be gone ALL WEEKEND for drag races!

I will not be around my laptop, my service will be spotty, and there is a very good chance my phone won't even be on me most of the time.

So from today through Monday, I will NOT be available for messages or business inquiries.

I will return to messages and everything else Monday when I am back and settled in.

As for today…

💻 I am officially in my editing cave. 💻

I have an evening session later, and before I head out to the races, I will be continuing to work through as much editing as I possibly can.

Thank you SO much for your patience, understanding, and support through this crazy transition. ❤️

I'm finally on the other side of the move, and I am SO ready to get back to doing what I love. 📸✨

Now… time to disappear into the editing cave. 😂💻

Attention everyone! ❤️
First, thank you SO much for your patience and understanding while I work on getting everyone’s galleries completed and delivered.
I just finished up this weekend photographing drag races and a wedding, and I was also called in to work for the rest of today. Because of that, all galleries that were promised for today will need to be extended by one more day.
I know waiting for your photos can be difficult, and I want you to know that I am not ignoring anyone! I am working incredibly hard right now, balancing photographing, editing, working, and getting everything packed and moved out of my house.
I have one more week after this to finish getting everything out of my current home, so I am doing my best to squeeze in as much editing as I possibly can in between everything else.
A friendly reminder: I spend a LOT of time on your galleries because I want to make sure they are beautiful, complete, and something I am proud to deliver to you. ❤️
Some galleries naturally take longer than others depending on: 📸 The number of photos that need to be sorted through
✨ The amount of editing involved
🖌️ Specific editing requests
⏰ And, of course, the overall workload at the time
My hope is that once this move is finally behind me, I can slow down just a little bit—just enough to get caught back up and back into a more manageable editing schedule.
For everyone who has messaged me: I see your messages! I promise I will get back to you as soon as I can. Some messages have intentionally been left unopened because I know that once I open them, I want to make sure I can actually take the time to respond properly and, when possible, give you an update on your gallery.

This year I got to experience a strawberry picking farm for the very first time, and it did not disappoint. 🍓
After we finished filling our baskets, we wandered down to the river where this sweet mom and daughter started splashing each other, laughing, and enjoying the fresh strawberries they had just picked.
Some of my favorite photos come from moments like these—the ones that aren't planned, where everyone is simply enjoying the experience together. It's a reminder that the best memories are often made in the little in-between moments. ❤️🍓💦

📣 Attention Washington State Clients!
Happy August! 🍂 I don't know about you, but this year has absolutely flown by. There have been so many changes and updates, and I wanted to share the biggest one with all of you.
First, the move to Wenatchee has officially been canceled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it just isn't going to work out—and that's okay! Sometimes life has different plans.
The good news? The move is still happening, just with a change of location.
With that said, my timeline has also moved up. I will officially be moved out of my current home in Port Orchard by September 1st.
The next few weeks are going to be incredibly busy, a little chaotic, and probably filled with a lot of coffee. 😅 Between packing, moving, running my photography business full-time, and working part-time as a barista, there definitely aren't enough hours in the day!
So... what does this mean for my photography business?
Absolutely nothing! ❤️
I am, and will continue to be, a traveling freelance photographer. I travel all over Washington State and beyond, so no matter where I end up living, I'll still be making the drive to capture your weddings, families, maternity sessions, seniors, bo***ir sessions, and every special milestone in between.
As for where I'm headed...
The current goal is Forks, Washington! 🌲🌧️ While I may not be fully settled there by September 1st, that's the direction I'm working toward.
Thank you all for continuing to support my business through every new chapter. I truly couldn't do this without all of you, and I'm so excited to see where this next adventure takes us!

Sometimes you just get the urge to photograph a car covered in flowers… so you do. 🌸🚗

Somewhere along the way, it turned into featuring Onyx (the most gorgeous pup), sneaking in some sweet sunset couples photos, and of course getting a few shots of the car with the sunset doing its thing.

What started as one idea somehow became a whole little collection—and honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Sometimes the best sessions are the ones that evolve as you go. ✨
