Silas, Alabama was my hometown until I was 12yrs old. It is the first place I saw shadow figures, had something knock back to me in an abandoned shop, it is where I got the passion for investigating from.
Silas is very small and it has always been plagued with hard times, yet it still houses my most favorite memories.
The book 'Alokoli' was something I enjoyed reading recently. It's the history of Choctaw County, and it gives some insight to a lot of things in the area. Make sure you read it cover to cover if you decide to check it out!
As some of you may know, we are coming to Chatom, Al soon. We will only be there for a few days and want to make the most of it! With that being said, we need help to get in touch with someone that can let us investigate Black Creek Baptist Church.
As a little girl, my mother who was briefly the pianist for the church, would practice there in the evenings and bring us along. We always heard things like knocking and footsteps. The church is over 200yrs old, as I remember the anniversary plaque hanging up on the wall. The investigation will be filmed for YouTube, and if you need references from the area please contact me!
My job is to study the afterlife, to entertain you guys with investigations, and most importantly, be respectful to the living and the dead.
Much love, Savvy Paranormal ๐ค
Picture below is of my childhood home when I lived there. It has burned down since.
