This building is the historic former Wadhams Pagoda Filling Station built in 1926 by the Wadhams Oil and Grease Company of Milwaukee, which it was designed in a Japanese tea house style. It was designed by prominent Milwaukee architect Alexander C. Eschweiler as part of a series of distinct, pagoda-themed corporate identity stations. Later transitioned into a Texaco station before being converted into its current retail use in the early 1990s.

This is the Smith Brothers Fish Net House built between 1922 and 1938. The building did serve as a storage and workshop facility for the family's commercial fishing operations. It is currently the last intact historical structure from the area's once thriving fishing industry.

This is the Little White Schoolhouse built back in 1884 in the Old Brown Deer serving grades 1'through 8. Observed House grades until 1922. It was moved to its current home in 1972. The inside does look like it did back in those days with the desks lined up
