Hi friends,
Just wanted to give a quick update, I know the page and I have been quiet lately and haven't been booking shoots.
Life got very busy, I'm creating my contract got pushed to the side.
I am currently in the process of creating a contract that will be required to be signed by both myself and the person I am working with, this will require a small deposit fee to lock in your date, and so I can make sure I am getting paid.
I did a lot of free events to get my name out there this past 6 months to a year. Events that I purchased equipment that I needed to have the most successful shoots, so in turn I lost money, though they were worthwhile investments to my business so it was worth it.
There were a couple instances where I did not get paid like I was supposed to, I'm not upset about it, it was a learning experience for myself to make sure I have a contract moving forward.
With pride season coming, my calendar will fill pretty quickly,
So this is just a quick little heads up that I will be requiring a contract and deposit moving forward.
