Sometimes, the most unexpected moments happen after the music ends.
Just after photographing the ACA Composer Workshop today, I walked out to the parking lot by the Tent and found this beautiful black bear family — a mother and her three cubs — enjoying the afternoon sun and having a little feast among the flowers.
They seemed completely at home there, eating, climbing, exploring, and simply enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon in Aspen.
No stage.
No score.
No rehearsal.
Just a mother and her three cubs — and a photographer lucky enough to be there with a camera.
Sometimes, life beyond the stage puts on a remarkable show of its own. 🐻🌼

Às vezes, os momentos mais inesperados acontecem depois que a música termina.
Logo depois de fotografar o ACA Composer Workshop hoje, saí para o estacionamento da Tenda e encontrei esta linda família de ursos-negros — uma mãe e seus três filhotes — aproveitando o sol da tarde e fazendo um pequeno banquete entre as flores.
Eles pareciam completamente à vontade por ali, comendo, subindo nas árvores, explorando e simplesmente curtindo uma bela tarde de verão em Aspen.
Sem palco.
Sem partitura.
Sem ensaio.
Apenas uma mãe e seus três filhotes — e um fotógrafo com a sorte de estar ali, com uma câmera nas mãos.
Às vezes, a vida além do palco também oferece um espetáculo extraordinário. 🐻🌼
