Your truth is a like a sword. It swiftly cuts through confusion, distortion, and illusion.

To share your truth is to take off the shackles of your own doing. It is how you liberate yourself, heal yourself, and heal the world.

Your truth is a gift, although it may not always feel that way. And it may not always be received as such.

Your truth has the power to break spells, ancestral curses and heal bloodlines.

It creates pathways and doorways, where there was once none.

Do not fear yourself, for you were created in wholeness. You are already perfect. ✨🤍✨

I recently had a moment where I saw a vision of Mother Nature crying. Huge eyes, in the trees, with an endless stream of tears - like rivers.

She asked how I could ever think of myself as unlovable when I - we - are made of Her. We are made of L O V E.

I could see it so clearly in that moment.

I think a lot of our work - personally and collectively- is to remember this truth, and move accordingly.

You are so, so loved, just as you are. 🌊

The more you choose to follow your intuition & heart, the more people will question you using their logical brain.

Don’t let this stop you from being true to yourself. Use these times as opportunities to get even clearer on your WHY. Not for them - but for yourself.

Over the weekend, I picked up an old journal from 8.8.22, and laughed because I needed to remember this:

It takes time to make meaning from your pain.

And truly, it does. I am still making meaning from past seasons of heartache. Still experiencing grief from things I went through years ago.

There are pains from the past that I didn't realize I was still holding onto, resurfacing now.

This old grief came back to remind me that it's still there, longing for attention. And it will continue to do so, until I have given it the proper love and care it deserves.

If you are in a season of grief - whether it's old or new - I hope you can meet yourself with love and compassion for all that you have gone through - and carry silently.

Today I woke up feeling RAGE.

Rage at the systems that are fueled by blinding greed and OUR TAX DOLLARS.

Not just that, but many of us, myself included, are contributing to our own demise.

When we continue to use the services of these companies that are actively DESTROYING the earth, our economy, and our communities, we are complicit in the consequences that come of it.

You may think “I’m just one person, what I do doesn’t make a difference.” But if millions of people all have that same belief, then indeed it DOES make a difference.

We are experiencing a collective cognitive dissonance where we think our personal actions don’t have an impact collectively. But this is NOT TRUE.

We cannot say we don’t support the terrible, inhumane actions of those in power, when we are actively FUNDING THEM through our own shopping choices.

When we despair about what’s happening in this world, yet continue to give our money to these large corporations, we are CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROBLEM.

This is not to spread fear or blame, but to bring awareness.

We are ALL responsible for doing what we can. We ALL have a role to play in making this world a better place.

It starts with you.

It is indeed a privilege & luxury to be able to choose where to shop. Corporations have monopolized markets, making it nearly impossible for most of us to afford to support small businesses.

BUT - if you CAN, please consider directing your hard earned dollars towards your local community - your farmers markets - your local businesses. Or maybe, consuming less in general.

You don’t need to be perfect - all you have to do is try.
