🎥🐎 A little something different from Chasin’ Cans & Dreams!

I don’t usually do video, but this weekend I had my phone mounted to my camera and captured some video from the barrel races on September 4th, 5th & 6th while I was taking photos.

Fair warning—you’ll hear my camera clicking away in the background 😂📸 I was taking photos at the same time, so apparently you get the full “behind the camera with CAnnDO” experience!

I figured there was no sense in letting these just sit on my phone, so I’m sharing them here. If you see yourself or your rider, feel free to save the video and use it on your social media! ❤️🐎

📸❤️ Sometimes the best family photos aren't the posed ones.

They're the laughter around the picnic table.
The cousins who haven't seen each other in forever.
The kids being kids.
The hugs, conversations, silliness and little moments happening when nobody realizes there's a camera pointed at them.

❤️📸 Family Session Sneak Peek – August 6, 2026 📸❤️

Some sessions are extra special... and this was definitely one of them.

I've had the privilege of photographing these amazing kiddos for many years, and it was such a joy to see them again while they were visiting Maine from Texas. I'm so grateful they reached out for an updated family session!

Watching families grow through the years is one of the greatest gifts of being a photographer. Seeing familiar faces, catching up, and capturing new memories together is something I never take for granted.

Here are a few sneak peeks from our evening together. There are many more to come!
