My mom & child sessions are usually pretty simple lots of hugs, laughs, just being together.
And one small thing I always tell moms:
If your child doesn’t want to come without their favorite toy let them bring it.
It actually helps a lot. They feel more comfortable, more like themselves.
And we get real moments instead of stress.
And later, even if they won’t remember the day itself, they’ll see that toy in the photos and smile.
Because it was part of their little world.
