What if your team photos could look like THIS?

I’ve been playing with some new editing techniques lately, and I am having way too much fun seeing what’s possible.

Team photos don’t have to mean everyone standing in two rows, smiling at the camera.

They can have movement.
Personality.
Attitude.
Energy.

They can actually feel like the team.

This MGFF session gave me the perfect opportunity to push the creativity a little further, from dramatic lighting and backgrounds to action shots and edits that make these athletes look every bit as powerful as they feel on the field.

And this is just the beginning.

Sports teams, seniors, dancers, businesses, brands... there are so many possibilities when we stop thinking about photography as simply taking a picture and start thinking about what we can create.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph a DARPAConnect event, for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and it was such an incredible experience.

I’m always grateful for the trust people and organizations place in me to capture important moments, and this was definitely one of those opportunities I won’t forget.

Feeling thankful for where this work continues to take me and excited for what’s ahead.
