Some may be wondering why I haven't posted any new photos in months so I wanted to let everyone know what's been happening. I recently lost a loved one very close to me after a hard fight with pancreatic cancer. My step mom Judy was my inspiration and the person I wanted to impress the most with my photos. I always loved photography and when I injured my back she bought me a terrific camera and told me to have fun and encouraged me to get out of the house and take some great photos. That summer we drove down the coast to the redwood forest and I took thousands of photos, some were amazing some not so much. She reminded me I was supposed to be having fun any time I was down on myself and never failed to cheer me up. Now that she has passed I have been struggling to even look at my camera or any of my photos, I hope one day I will get back to photography for fun but for now it is time to focus on re joining the working world. I want to thank everyone for participating in my adventures, liking my photos and giving me positive thoughts on my situation. I want to thank Jack for buying so many of my images and Carrie and Joe for having a spot on their wall for my favorite image. Perhaps with time and a steady paycheck I will be able to travel again and continue to share great images with you all but for the time being I won't be focusing on photography. I'm not quitting but I won't likely be posting for a while. Thanks again to everyone for your support as it was a great couple of years sharing my photos with you all.
