Starting today, I have removed all pictures with children's full faces from my pages and will no longer be sharing any identifiable images on my page.

Recently, there was a troubling court ruling where the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting "fictional" children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. Due to AI, an innocent image of a child can easily be manipulated into something it should NEVER be.

As much as I love sharing those adorable smiles, the internet is too dangerous of a place & I want all of our children's faces safe from these horrible acts.

This does not change anything within your family & kids' sessions or galleries; I just won't be sharing identifiable images on my page.

I hope our government will make the decision to protect children from what AI can do to their images & videos.

I can't change the evil in the world, but I can do this. The safety of children & my clients will always come before my business.

I encourage all fellow photographers to make this change. 🤍

I have a variety of masks you can use for props too.
