Today I celebrate the birthday of the incomparable ! 💋👑💜🥳 I had a once in a lifetime opportunity on January 27th in Los Angeles at where I met the Queen herself, Miss Chaka f'n Khan! 🤯 She kept an intimate audience engaged with a personal and inspiring Q&A before the high energy, extraordinary show. She spoke of her childhood, the importance of truly being connected with one another, meditation, being in the now, and the oneness of humanKIND. During challenging times, Chaka's powerful words and stories hit hard and lifted me up. Speaking with and meeting her are moments I will always cherish. A legend, a queen, a true talent, and an inspiration. A courageous, beautiful woman whose music just makes you feel good. Thank you for 50 years of maximum funkiness and unparalleled entertainment! Happy Birthday, Miss Chaka! Love you all my lifetime! 💜👑💋

😍✨💙Season’s Greetings from the fabulous duo, Coco (Chihuahua) and Mabel (Pug)! I had the joy of photographing Coco previously, and this is Mabel's first holiday season with her furever family! I love my repeat clients and especially meeting their new furbabies! Their mom and I just can't get over these adorable sweaters.

Their pawrents share: "We adopted Coco from three years ago. She lived on the streets of Ensenada and was very shy at first. She’s loving the pampered life and enjoyed being the only dog for a short time. That changed when we found Mabel through this fall. A stray in Tijuana and tiny at 10 lbs, you’d think she’d be fearful. But Mabel has no fear at all. She’s silly and loves snuggling and watching tv!"

Together, they remind us of the warmth of family, the joy of a loving home, and the laughter that fills the air when family comes together. Let’s celebrate the gift of companionship this holiday season and cherish the love that our furry family members bring into our lives every day.

Absolutely one of my all-time favorite sessions! I'm obsessed! 📸❤️ Dive with me into the 'Many Zoom Levels of Copper'. First, we get all up in his grill, where those ears are flapping like they're trying to get Wi-Fi reception. 📡 Then, we pull back a bit to admire the full Vizsla runway model look. Werk it, Copper! 💃 And lastly, we take in the whole San Diego vibe, where our star is owning the trail like he's on a mission from dog! 🐾🌞

📸✨ When the golden sun meets Copper's striking golden eyes, magic happens! 🌞🐾 Captured this vivacious Vizsla in his natural element, proudly parading with a stick that's just as big as his personality! San Diego fields have never looked this radiant. A big shoutout to Copper who, apart from being a trailblazer with his mom, brought so much energy and joy to our pre-shoot this week! He was so much fun and I cannot wait for our full session next week. What a joy! 🍂🐶

Happy National Dog Day!

Every day with my dogs is a lesson in love, loyalty, and the beauty of life's simple moments. They've stood by my side, offering comfort and unconditional love when I needed it most. Their wagging tails and soulful eyes remind me of the purest form of love that exists. For them, I would journey to the ends of the earth, because they've already taken me there in heart and spirit. 🐾❤️

Hey everyone! Tomorrow is the first day of my favorite event of all time, the Purina Incredible Dog Challenge in Huntington Beach, CA by . Since 2016, I've gotten to know these truly INCREDIBLE pups and their pawrents and I love them all.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I fractured my ankle and that will prevent me from being official media this year, or even attending. This breaks my heart more than I can put into words. Nothing has brought me sheer joy like this event.

I wish you all the very best. I will be rooting for you and wishing I was there. Until next time, my sweet pupper friends!

I know this page is about animals, but since I've been such a huge fan for so long, I felt it would be terribly disrespectful to not make a post to honor the legend, the icon, the queen of rock & roll, the badass of all badasses, .

Of course, I didn't personally know her, but her music, her strength, her story and her spirit have been a part of my life for many years and at this moment, I feel broken. Crushed. It was known that she was ill, but she was such a strong and resilient woman, it seemed she would live forever.
I believe it was my father who introduced me to Tina's music when I was quite young. My dad and Tina shared the same birthday, November 26th.
My heart aches knowing she'll never make another song, movie, or appearance on TV. I was fortunate enough to have seen her in concert in 2008 in Chicago. The entire reason for the trip to Chicago was to see TINA! At 68 years young, she of course put on an amazing show, which I will forever remember and cherish. I recall as she sang her version of the Beatles "Help", tears welled up in my eyes and I was moved. I turned to my partner at the time and told her, "When Tina goes, it's going to be a tough one." I never wanted this day to come, but it's indeed been tough.
Sometimes you can't explain an affinity for someone you haven't met, but somehow, someway, through the magic, power, grace and beauty of her essence and her songs, I feel she is family. My heart is broken. You were Simply The Best. 💔
