I wanted to wait to put this out there until things were a little more cemented. As you all know I have moved back to Illinois. A huge reason for that is, I miss my family. With that I have started working along side my sister Chrissie Lyons, who has stunningly become an elite archer internationally (read her story, its inspiring) Anyways, I have started working alongside her Archery business Lyons Archery, and Non profit organization Arrows of Hope in collaborative effort as a coach and media consultant. In a little under a month on Saturday June 13th we will be doing our 1st fundraing event for Arrows walking in a 5k called "Footsteps for fun" which directly from there website says "Take Steps to End Child Abuse, Keep Children Safe & Families Together".
I have included a couple of links to my fundraising page to donate and/or if you feel more ambitious JOIN OUR TEAM. Even if you cannot make it to Busse Woods in Rolling Medows, IL that day, you can walk virtually. PLEASE consider joining our team or donating for this amazing kick off funraiser with Arrows of Hope, Lydia House and Safe families.

I wanted to let you all know that the Powell Masters Special Olympics swim team will be traveling to Lander tomarrow to participate in the Area Games leading up to state. Well it's official :) My new brand "Wyoming Wild" is a registered trademark now. I haven't shared this on social media at all, but I am now selling some of my wildlife photography with the Wyoming Wild branding. I sell ceramic mugs, Magnets, Greeting cards, aluminum bookmarks, Tempered glass cutting boards and Tempered glass coasters. I don't have a shopable website yet, my products are available at the Buffalo Bill Museum Gift Shop in Cody. I'm also starting to dabble in product photography. I'm not one to talk about my ailings on FB, but as many of you know a little bit over two weeks ago I broke my ankle, and just 3 days ago I had surgery on that ankle and am now in a cast. I thank you all very much for your prayers and support. It's been rough being laid up and testing, especially sense I cannot get out to photograph. But, be that as it may things are moving along and I'm hanging in there. Please continue to pray for me and my family for healing, patience and sanity. A broken ankle may not seem like much but it sure changed things very quickly at a horrible time of year. Thank you all again so much!

Bummer :( no driving, no pictures for a while. This happend the same weekend I was supposed to go camping in Yellowstone with my wife. Well.. 1 for 2, at least I have fall and the rutt season.

The fundraising auction for the Powell Masters team with the Wyoming Special Olympics was a huge success. Our gift basket along with the others helped raise over $7,300.00. Many thank yous to our local businesses and individuals (to many to mention) for your generosity, the Bryon Bar for hosting the event, John Nation as the auctioneer, and the staff at Big Horn Enterprises for setting this up and helping out.
