Seeing my photos in the wild never gets old!

I got to photograph Village Pediatrics’ staff’s kids back in 2022, and we snuck into the office last weekend to hang prints up on the walls as a surprise – some are 2x3 feet, which is the largest I’ve ever seen my photos printed!

A couple days later I got this response: “On behalf of the nursing staff at Village Pediatrics, we just had to reach out and say that you did an amazing job on the photos! How you captured the sweet innocence of each one of our babies is so incredibly special. Thank you for making our office feel more like home.”

*crying*

I loooooove how these turned out, and I love doing this as a job.

Back with Sarah and her girls! This October day was soooo cold - nothing like clouds and 30-degree weather after a week of sunny and 60. It was coats on, coats off, coats on, coats off for the entire session, but I'd say it was worth it.

Could not love these photos more 💚

Osa and I have worked together before (if you scroll back far enough on my page, you'll see photos of her looking like a supermodel during her first ever shoot), and she booked a shoot with her mom as a birthday gift. Clearly, beauty runs in the family.

And these aren't even all of the outfits they brought. When you book a 1-hour session, trust me when I tell you that we can get a lot done in just 60 minutes!

I try to make my family sessions easy and as fun as possible for everyone, especially kids, and usually that just involves letting them run around and be silly. It's a win-win – the kids don't hate the experience, and you end up with some really cute candids!

Can't believe I never shared these photos from the end of summer! You'd never guess by my clients' faces, but the ticks were not shy that evening 😬

So it's been a while since I've shared any work! A busy fall for photographers is always a good thing, but I'm not gonna lie, it's had me feeling a little 😵‍💫

I have so many good photos to share though!

Starting with these – which are actually from the end of summer – of my family session giveaway winners! This was my first sunrise session ever (I will literally do anything for good lighting) and it was so worth it. Audrie, Morghan, and their babies were so much fun to hang out with, and I'm still obsessed with their outfit coordination 🧡
