✨ Mother’s Day Reflection ✨
This Mother’s Day, I want to say something a little different.
To the kids.
To the spouses.
To the partners.
Yes, celebrate her!
But also remind her that she doesn’t need a calendar date to feel worthy.
And to the mothers reading this… 🤍
Give yourself permission to celebrate yourself, not just today, but every day.
Not for the perfectly packed lunches.
Not for the endless emotional labor.
Not for doing it all flawlessly.
But for showing up.
For loving deeply.
For trying again.
For holding space.
For being human.
Let go of the perfection.
Let go of the pressure to “do it right.”
Girlfriends, if you could be honest…
What would you really want this Mother’s Day?
More rest?
More appreciation?
More support?
More space to be you, beyond the roles you carry?
Maybe the greatest gift isn’t flowers or brunch.
Maybe it’s permission,
Permission to be imperfect.
Permission to ask for help.
Permission to take up space in your own life.
You deserve to be nurtured too. 🌷
Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who mothers in her own way, with courage, love, and resilience. 💜
And equally importantly, if this day is painful in any way at all, please know that I think of you as well. I am here with an ear, please reach out. I will give you space. Love and heart to you as well.
