Hi, I’m Michaela Foreman, an award-winning photographer based in rural Wisconsin. I traded a career in tech for a life on a 40-acre farm, where I’ve spent the past seven years capturing the beauty and resilience of farm life through my lens. My photography is deeply rooted in my surroundings, from the golden glow of sunrise to the quiet shadows in a barn. Every image tells a story of rural living,

particularly during Wisconsin’s stark winters, where the landscape reveals its raw and honest character. What sets my work apart is that all my photography happens on my farm. I find extraordinary beauty in the ordinary moments of daily life—whether it’s my horses grazing or the play of light in an unexpected corner. I’m honored to have received international recognition, including awards like the Julia Margaret Cameron Award and features in prestigious exhibitions and publications.
