So happy to finally be able to share these. ❤️ My dear friend of 20 years had her first baby last year. I spent a few minutes capturing this new family of three when Noah was about 3 months old. Then I held the photos hostage for 9 months! 😊 For Noah's first birthday I had prints made and framed my favorite shot as a gift. Tears welled up as my friends flipped through the stack of photographs, holding the images of these sweet soft moments that have now slipped away.

Then we celebrated Noah's first birthday by grabbing my camera again, and so the cycle continues. 😉

The lovely Billman Harris family.

I find that I most often get inquiries for sessions from families with babies and toddlers. Everything is new and exciting and you want to remember every minute of that new adventure. With older kids I hear that schedules are just so busy and sometimes it feels easier to just take cell phone pictures and call it a day. Here is your reminder that taking time to document moments with your adolescent kiddos is just as magical and beautiful as those fresh newborn days. I left this session on a high, feeling like my heart was busted wide open after laughing all morning with this crew. ❤️ This job is such a gift.
