As much as I hate having to make posts like this, the past few weeks have reminded me that sometimes it's helpful to revisit a few important policies to help everything run smoothly for both my clients and myself.
🤎 All appointments must be booked through my booking link, including rescheduled sessions. This helps me keep an accurate schedule and ensures you receive appointment reminders and updates.
🤎 Deposits are required for all sessions. Remaining balances are due 24 hours before your session. Mini sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
🤎 Reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations, and a new booking will be required. No-shows are non-refundable.
🤎 Weather decisions will be made within the three days leading up to your session. If rain chances are above 50% on the day of your session, we will need to reschedule. You will always have the option of a reschedule date or a credit toward a future session.
🤎 Business hours are Monday through Thursday. During those hours I will be responding to messages, delivering galleries, sending sneak peeks, and handling credits.
🤎 Turnaround time is up to 14 business days from your session date. If you need your images sooner, an express editing add-on is available when booking.
I truly love what I do. Every session, every family, every milestone, and every story means so much to me. I get just as excited to capture your memories as you do to receive them.
At the same time, I'm not only a business owner and photographer—I'm also a mom, and person who values time with the people I love. These policies help me balance serving my amazing clients while also being present for my family. They also help me keep my pricing affordable by reducing last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and unnecessary travel costs.
I wish I could control the weather, but unfortunately that's one thing that's still out of my hands! ☔️
