Today I hit a goal, that I didn’t even know I needed to hit!

I was at work, and was not intentional to make this goal happen while at work. I thought it would be impossible at my desk job. There have been times since I bought my Fitbit where on the weekend I hit this goal. At 5pm when my Fitbit buzzed, I was more than a little confused. I checked to see what all the buzzing was about and there it was on my wrist. NINE GREEN ⭐️ STARS!!!! I was active (walking at least 250 steps/hour). It made me question if I have been focusing on the right things?

2020 is going to be a great year to look at things (lots of things) from a new perspective!

What goals do we need to set that we are not conscious to in this moment, and are important? We all need time, space and quite moments to ponder 🤔!

May we all be moving toward AWESOME!!

Don't think I'm weird, but....

Why, as women, do we start sentences like this? I get that you are trying to tell me I look super cute from your car and that could be kinda strange because first, who does that and secondly, how many times does someone tell me that I look cute in my outfit from a car passing by from another woman? It's AWESOME!!!

So, please if you are giving a compliment to someone, please give the compliment and don't qualify it first. It's not necessary!

Also, it's good to be weird!! Let's all be a little weirder!!

Do more of what you Love! Do not live your life through false promises. Be aware of your boundaries and find yourself first. Once you find her, you will love her and never want to hurt her again!
