I read once that the week is for your current profession and the weekend to develop the life you want. Since I left SANGRE in September I have had time to think about the life I want. And I am building it day by day, week by week.
Natalia gave me such a compliment last night that has truly taken the night to settle in. That I look so much happier and healthier from a year ago. And I am. In the last six months, I have lost 20 pounds, started a part time job to keep me moving for the entire time I am there and also decided about my own business what I want to do and how.
This week has been about developing a conscious habit of gratitude, it is only the start. Each day as I think about this it will be a reflection of what I need gratitude for and it is not just the grand moments but also the tough ones, there is a flood of things that need to be dealt with, gratitude like happiness is not the absence of trials but the ability to deal with them.
What is the life I want to build, software tester, healing application development companies find the bugs that can be exploited. All while building my IT support business..

Reflection: no derailment this week with focus on meeting folks and making asks to meet with folks.
Areas of work, to accept the distractions and deal with or let them go to move on peacefully.
Grateful for the connections I made this week, appreciate family, friends and associates I had a chance to connect with, even if it was just in passing. Today is going to be to a productive day.

Wednesday is more than just the Hump day, is a day reflect on the week, plan to make the rest of the week fulfilling and productive. Today was another productive day. Met some good folks to talk with about IT.
Worked on some project for some clients, I am glad the previous folks didn’t mess the screws up to bad to get the case off the laptop.
And wrote a part of poem I have been thinking about.
