Call me crazy, but I'm doing it again!

I'm opening up my schedule for "porch sessions" during Christmas Eve AND Christmas day! Yes, I know, a little late to post... but if you're all together and ready to go, I'm ready to see you!

During my Thanksgiving sessions, I was reminded just how rare it is for everyone to actually be together these days. Different schedules, different lives — suddenly those moments feel so few and far between.

I loved celebrating Thanksgiving with every family I photographed so much that I couldn’t help myself… so let's do this!

I’ll come to your home and capture your family exactly as you are — on your porch, in your yard, wherever feels comfortable. Relaxed. No rushing. No packing everyone up. Just you, together.

Thank you to everyone who booked "porch sessions" with me during Thanksgiving. It is something that I have thought of doing for several years but finally made the jump this year. Every time I am photographing a wedding, I am fully aware that on that day, it is one day that so many people from your family and friend groups are together for one day. I realized that in a lot of ways, this is the same case on holidays. But with such little time between visits, people don't always think about scheduling or preparing for photos together. So I decided to make it an easy and convenient opportunity for families where I come to YOU while you are all together in one place on the holiday.

It was everything I envisioned it would be! I received such great feedback, and more bookings than I expected, especially given that I had only put it out a few days before! THANK YOU to all the families who trusted me with this! A few families inquired about mini sessions on other days, and if I'm going to possibly host a similar offering during Christmas... my answer to all of it, is YES!

I'm working on putting together the booking forms for custom date mini sessions, as well as the official booking form for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day porch or mini sessions.

So with that being said, if you're interested in me sending you all those details when I have it prepared, please comment below again that you're interested, and I'll be sure to message you with the details when it's all ready. Let me know if you're interested in custom date mini sessions, or a porch/visitation from me to your family on Christmas Eve, or Christmas day.

Hey friends! 👋🍁
Since a lot of us will have family in town for Thanksgiving, I’m planning to do a few Porch Sessions that day. Super easy — I swing by sometime between 1–4 PM, snap some photos on your front porch, and you get some cute, low-stress family pics.
Here are the two options:
• $100 – Standard Porch Photo: one full-family photo of everyone together.
• $250 – Mini Session: extra time + multiple groupings (individual family units, couples, grandparents, etc.) and a few candid-style moments.
If you’re interested, please comment on this post INTERESTED and I'll send you the booking form. Due to time constraints of the day, there are LIMITED spots available for this and I will cut off bookings once I've reached the max amount. I’ll be in touch tomorrow night to confirm your exact time slot based on your address.

Reminiscing on this incredible shoot when I was able to collaborate with my friend, of along with the work of last season. It was a vision of heart put to life. I’m sharing this today to celebrate and congratulate Justine and Terah’s grand opening of their store front today in downtown Pueblo, and I encourage all my friends to stop by their new shop to explore an explosion of creativity and beautiful things made with love to add to your home or to your special day. Five years prior, I envisioned taking a photo like this of a couple standing on the cliff side at The Quiraing, at one of the most beautiful views in the entire Isle of Skye. When my friends here contacted me and told me about their wedding dreams, plans changed a bit throughout the process but I don’t think they realized how possible it was to make this particular dream come true. After sharing a few ideal location spots, they gave me the freedom to plan this special trip for them, and on top of that I had the upmost privilege to document it. Lots of dreams in every perspective came true on this day. And if you’re thinking that what you envision for your day of commitment is not possible, I’m here to tell you that it is. Maybe not exactly as you originally thought, but always go woth your gut feeling and follow your heart in what feels right. ❤️✨

I don’t really offer maternity sessions at all, except on an off chance that it is during slow season, is a previous client, and the client is up for something so uniquely different from other maternity sessions that people usually expect. With that being said, it is unusual for me to share these kind of photos on my feed, but when the stars align to do a session in a place that I dream about regularly, it’s kind of hard to turn away the opportunity. I’m thrilled with how these came out so I’ll be sharing a few on my feed. ❤️ Thanks to my wonderful friends in Iceland for originally sharing this perfect spot with me and my husband years ago- A secret spot that I cherish and revisit in my mind regularly.
