Still canāt get over what an incredible night this was. š¤
Being named a finalist for Wisconsin Brideās Best of 2026 for Best Engagement Photographer honestly felt surreal.
When I first started Maple Hope Photography, I never couldāve imagined being recognized alongside so many insanely talented photographers and creatives in this industry. Even though I didnāt take home the win, I truly still feel like I won just by being in that room.
This business has grown because of the people around me. Every couple who trusted me with their memories, every family who booked a session, every person who has shared my name, hyped me up, liked a post, referred a friend, or simply believed in me when I doubted myself. I donāt take any of it for granted.
And the biggest thank you goes to my husband, Adam, and our kids. Thank you for supporting the late nights editing, the busy wedding weekends, and all the dreams that come with running a business. Thank you to the rest of my family and friends too, for constantly cheering me on and reminding me to keep going even during the hard seasons.
This year may not have ended with a trophy, but it absolutely gave me motivation, perspective, and so much gratitude. Hereās to continuing to grow, create, and chase big dreamsā¦ and hey, maybe next year weāll try again. š¤āØ
