I need a breakthrough this week. 📸

The fall schedule keeps getting busier, the travel keeps adding up, and I’ve now reached the point where my storage is completely maxed out.

I keep my workflow as lean as I realistically can. Once everything is finished and exported, the RAW files are removed, but the amount of football, softball and video I’ve been producing has finally caught up with the space I have available.

And this week isn’t slowing down.

🏈 MONDAY — Washington vs. Jones
JV Football

🥎 TUESDAY — Carl Albert vs. Guthrie

🥎 THURSDAY — Likely Washington vs. Kingston
I should know for sure by Wednesday.

🏈 FRIDAY — Sulphur vs. Davis
Murray County Bedlam

🌎🥎 SATURDAY — Possibly Day One of the WBSC Women’s Softball World Cup Group Stage at Devon Park, pending media credentials.

If the World Cup opportunity comes through, that continues into next week.

Right now, storage is the biggest immediate obstacle.

I need additional SSD storage dedicated to football and softball, and I’ve reached the point where I simply do not have enough room to keep producing new work without expanding it.

There is also a lot of travel involved in making this schedule happen, especially Friday in Sulphur and potentially several days at Devon Park beginning Saturday.

I’m not asking anyone to fund this entire week or cover the full cost of new storage. I’ll continue putting what I can toward it myself.

What I’m asking for is help closing the gap.

Even a little support toward storage, transportation or equipment helps take some of the pressure off and makes it easier for me to keep saying yes to these games and opportunities.

This year I’ve continued trying to push my photography farther — from high school sports across Oklahoma to college athletics, professional softball and international softball at Devon Park.

I want to keep building on that.

One week from now, international softball returns to Devon Park. 📸🥎🌎

The WBSC Women’s Softball World Cup Group Stage begins September 12 in Oklahoma City, and I’m going to start reaching out to see if there may be an opportunity for me to photograph it.

This is one I’ve had my eye on for a while.

Earlier this summer, I had the opportunity to photograph the USA Softball International Cup at Devon Park — my first experience photographing international softball at that level.

Being there gave me the opportunity to photograph Team USA and athletes from around the world, and it was easily one of the most meaningful opportunities I’ve had behind the camera this year.

Now, the World Cup Group Stage is coming to the same field.

The event runs September 12-16 at Devon Park, with a spot in the 2027 World Cup Finals on the line.

Nothing is guaranteed, but I’m going to inquire and see what might be possible.

If anyone knows someone connected with WBSC, USA Softball or media operations for the event who could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate the connection.

After the International Cup, I would absolutely love another opportunity to photograph international softball in Oklahoma City. 📸🥎🌎

Washington finishes the day in Roff on top.

The Lady Warriors battled through the Tigertown Invitational and closed out the tournament with a championship.

Another long Saturday of softball, another full day behind the camera, and another trophy headed back with Washington.

Made it to Roff for a full Saturday of fast-pitch softball.

After a full night of football in Sulphur, I’m back behind the camera today for another tournament stop and another busy day of fall sports.

I’ll be moving around throughout the afternoon, photographing as many games and teams as I can before everything wraps up tonight.

A lot of softball ahead.

Tri-City rivalry, Part Two.

After meeting on the softball field earlier in the week, Tuttle and Newcastle shifted the rivalry to Gene Reid Field Thursday night for the football edition.
