What if Halloween photos felt a little more like an adventure? 🕯️🎃

Lanterns in hand. Costumes on. A walk through the woods to the ruins… and permission for the kids to be completely themselves.

Dance. Be weird. Give me your best “RAHHH.” 😂
Be a witch, a superhero, a princess, a ghost—or whatever they’re obsessed with this year.

These sessions can be playful and magical for the little ones, or we can lean into something darker, moodier, and a little haunting for the grown-ups.

Costumes are encouraged.

POV: I’m hiding in a sunflower field, getting absolutely lit up by bugs, waiting for Walter to propose to Tracy. 🌻😂

And then THIS happened.

The sweetest yes, the biggest smiles, piggyback rides, a little chaos, and two people who made my job ridiculously easy.

Getting to capture the moment is one thing. Getting to take all that adrenaline afterward and turn it into photographs that feel like them? That’s the part I love.

Worth every single bug bite. 🤍

My camera accidentally recorded this entire session as a time lapse… and somehow, I like it even better. 🤍

A summer evening in the sunflowers. A beautiful sky. A family simply being together.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, a family photoshoot quietly became a proposal.

The camera may not have realized what was happening.

But I did. ✨

Some moments are planned. The best ones become part of the story.
