Hello!! I know its been a while since I posted! I am trying to get back to work. I decided to start slow only with Christmas Minis this year. I know a lot of you have already booked with someone else and that is awesome! I am so glad you found someone you trust and adore to capture your families' memories. If you haven't, I would love to see you this year! I have to admit, getting back to this was harder than I imagined it would be, but I need to throw myself back in, and I really miss seeing everyone. I still have some things to add to this adorable set, but I needed to get them advertised asap. My daughter hasn't modeled in years, and I really think she enjoyed it today; that helped ease my anxiety about it.

This is one of the hardest things I have had to do in a very long time. I have decided to take an extended break from photography. Over these past 12 years I have loved getting to know each and every one of you, watching your families grow and celebrate all of the moments with you. The best of all, I love celebrating YOU! Its not a secret that the last few years have been the hardest on my family. With the loss of my husband in Oct it has become too much for me to keep up with. I need and want to be present for my children. I hope to fall in love with photography again one day. I hope to come back and be excited to put 100% into capturing these amazing moments for your family. Thank you for all the love and support over these years. I have no time in mind, I am just going to live life and see what happens along the way. It has taken weeks for me to post this because being a photographer is a huge part of my identity, I see the beauty in all people and now its time to find it within myself.

I am still planning on Baking with Santa sessions this Sunday! I still have 2 openings, I think. I will try and message everyone who signed up later tonight or tomorrow. My husband's memorial is on Saturday, I am desperately trying to get back to life but its one turn after another. Sessions will take a little longer to edit, but I will try and keep everyone updated and hopefully sessions near the end of the month will have faster turnaround. Thank you all so much for your kind words, your prayers and support through this time. If you would like one of those 2 spots left for Sunday let me know. :)

This is my husband and daughter on the beach in 2021. I love this picture because it shows behind the scenes, he was there. Helping Bell tie her mermaid top for our beach session. He didn't like to have his picture taken, but I am so thankful I snuck a bunch in even when he didn't want me to. Its moments like these that I remember how important pictures are. Our last family pictures were taken over 4 years ago. :( almost 5 years! Eleanor was just about 5 years old. Im thankful for that quick family one we did in my Christmas setup last year. So many regrets because we always think we have time. Time is a thief. Do things now.

I haven't been on here much this week. My husband passed away unexpectedly last Thursday. Our hearts are broken, and my family is trying to figure out how to live without him. I will reschedule the sessions I am not able to do at this time, but I plan on keeping as many as I can. I am so thankful to you all for your love and support. My little photography business now has to become a big one to support my children.

In the comments you will find the dates and times, Check them out, and comment or message me for the spot you would like. This way everyone has time to check their schedules before commenting.

Please be ready to pay deposit after commenting. Once you pick your date/time I will message you with how to pay the deposit.

Props you might want to bring to make your session unique.
A cozy jacket, pajamas, cookies, hot cocoa cups, winter hats, Wear a bright color to make the scene Pop! A Sign, or chalkboard with your special message on it. I will have a selection of props and chairs/benches also.

A bonus backdrop nearby for little ones, so they don't get lost in the big set up for their individuals. For ages 5 months to about 2-3 years old.
