There is something so magical about watching the ocean through the eyes of a little one. 🤍

The waves to splash in. The sand between their toes. Tiny seashells that suddenly become the greatest treasure in the world. And all that wide eyed wonder over something we, as adults, sometimes forget to stop and really see.

That's one of the reasons I love family sessions at the beach so much. Of course we'll get the photos of everyone smiling at the camera. But then we get to play.
We let little ones explore. We splash in the waves. We run through the sand. We snuggle. We laugh.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, we capture the photographs that feel the most like you.

I had the sweetest time with the Chamblee family, documenting a little piece of their time together by the sea. 🌊🤍
