And yet, at least once a week, I’m absolutely certain I’m the ugliest goose in the pond.

Women in their 30s and 40s don’t just spiral about one thing.

A slow business month becomes questioning your career.

A few pounds becomes questioning your body.

A missed workout becomes questioning your discipline.

And somehow we end up feeling worthless over things that would never change how we see our best friend.

Tell me I’m not the only one.

Sometimes you just realize you’re laughing more. Sleeping better. Taking the picture instead of deleting it. Saying no without guilt. Existing without constantly apologizing for it.

A lot of healing looks painfully unremarkable from the outside.
Just a woman quietly becoming herself again.

And honestly? That counts more than people give it credit for.
