When I started out as a wedding videographer, I felt a pressure to post every wedding immediately. In hindsight I came to realize that this was all about me. Couples don’t care if you post their wedding - what they care about is their memories being captured in a way that fits them. After a few years in the wedding industry it became clear to me what separates the average videographer/photographer from the elite - the elite care only about the couple. It is not about our portfolio or how many likes or views a video gets. It’s not even about our creativity! It is 100% about capturing the couple’s wedding day in a way that fits them and who they are as people.
