Here’s a selection of my favorite moments from 2025. I think if I had a takeaway from the last 365 days, it would be this:

Explore, observe, hold close, experience, connect, engage, taste, smell, touch, cherish the moments; Big or small, look for them, bathe in them, share them, wear them, seek them, create them.
The beauty is happening all the time… everywhere.
If you’re too busy to notice, it will pass on by.

This year my family grew bigger, and it also grew smaller. I am so happy to welcome the newcomers and so very sad to see others leave.
I will spend 2026 honoring the family that was, and cherishing the family in its new form. I will create and craft the life I want to live, because there’s simply no other option.

I hope you’ll join me in the days, weeks, and months to come in doing the work to create and appreciate the world we want to live in. Perhaps you’ll resolve to take a few moments in your days to look for moments that make you smile, moments you can capture in your heart and let warm you long after they’ve faded into the static of passing time. I know that’s what I’m going to do.
