Nice thing about living out of the trailer with all my photo subjects right outside my door is get to try new things to get new images. These are some images i have wanted for awhile but it takes alot of time and the conditions have to be just right to get everything i wanted

First of the year for me Bighorn sheep lambs

I like this image for a couple of reason even though it is a bit soft, normally if a image is soft focused i delete it but i think with the soft light and the foreground and background being soft colors it kinda works, not going to lie i wish i could have gotten about 100 feet closer but that was not to be

Throughout most march i spent as much time at the sage grouse lek as I could. I am not sure how many images i took over the course of the month but somewhere around 10k or so. I am pretty happy with the images i got, a lot of great action shots of the roosters battling and some nice in flight images as the birds were leaving the lek for the morning. An added bonus is that i got some qauailty video showing life on the lek. Hanging out with them as much as i did i all so witnessed some interesting behavior that i was unaware of and that is equally exciting for me.
April I normally go to the muddy creek wetlands but i may changed it up this year as i sounds like i can get to the sierra madre's and maybe spend some quality time with some blue grouse roosters and towards the end of the month i will begin prepping the trailer for a summer in and around the seminoes looking for the image of a lifetime
