Tillman Sims has spent the last decade transforming his own story into a movement for Reading’s youth. As co-founder of TLC Fore Reading PA, he and his team have built a year-round slate of programs—from mentorship and education series to the Adventure Series and holiday “IMPACTMAS” projects—all designed to inspire curiosity, build character, and show young people that their presence is impactful.

Shaped by the mentors who guided him through personal loss, Tillman now pays that support forward through hands-on learning, community service, and experiences that help kids discover their “why.” With countless volunteers, local partners, and an ever-growing calendar of events, TLC Fore Reading PA continues to uplift youth across the city and beyond.
