48th St Photography Residential real estate photography 48th St Photography began when Kevin Hull, a licensed real estate agent, started photographing and editing his own listings.

Kevin then started receiving inquiries from several agents in his office regarding who photographed his listings. After several requests from fellow agents, he started taking on the job of photographing other agents' listings for a flat rate. With Kevin's added ability to access the MLS and Supra lockboxes, other agents don't have to worry about meeting a photographer at the listing to gain access. Call, text, or message Kevin today!
