One of the greatest parts of being a photographer is being asked to photograph multiple phases of a persons life.
I met Savannah when she was a junior in high school and she and her sister signed up for my class of 24 Senior Influencer Team. So right there you already know we got close since I photographed them at least 15 times over the course of the next 14 months.
I met AJ at Savannah’s senior session. But of course I already knew ALLLL about him 🥰. I had him join in for many of the photos that day and it was just a really fun day watching them interact and be so cute together!
Fast forward 2 years and I get a text that he is going to propose and he wants me to be there to photograph the entire thing! OF COURSE I said I’d do it and was so flattered and so excited!
Some might say “you’re just a photographer” but it’s more than it sounds. (Fellow photogs, you KNOW what I’m talking about). I get close with a lot of my seniors and their families. They call me for more sessions. They invite me to various graduations and events. It’s truly so touching to see them grow and enjoy all the milestones in their lives.
She has asked me to photograph their wedding. I’m so touched and so honored.
