As kids get older, moments like this don’t happen as often.
Life gets busy… schedules, school, everything.
Everyone’s going in different directions.
And without really noticing, the simple things start to fade.
Just sitting together.
Laughing for no reason.
Being kids.
I see it all the time — people wait for the “right time.”
When things slow down a little… when everything lines up.
But it rarely does.
And before you know it, it’s been years.
At some point you realize it was never about perfect outfits or timing…
just having these moments saved.
Because later on, no one is thinking about what it looked like.
They just wish they had more of it.
