People sometimes ask why newborn photos are worth doing in those first couple of weeks — and this is my answer. The curled-up legs, the wrinkled knuckles, the way they sleep with their whole face. None of it lasts. Within a month the look changes completely. These images are how you hold on to the version of your baby that's only here for a blink.
Every session is slow and unhurried. Warm room, soft light, lots of patience. Feeding breaks and fussy stretches are built into the time, so there's never any rush. Your only job is to relax and let me handle the rest.
A few studio dates are open for newborns due this summer into early fall. I book these around your due date, so the earlier you reach out, the easier it is to hold your spot.
