Had the pleasure of working with Granite Brook Farm this summer! Such a lovely team of great humans, a beautiful property, and cuddly farm animals!

Granite Brook Farm Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Foster, Rhode Island. It is dedicated to providing accessible mental health support by combining telehealth therapy and medical social work with innovative animal therapy programs.
