But really, Kat, you've quickly become one of my best friends and I love you so much. Thank you for always being my hype girl, for being honest with me when I need it, and for always being a listening ear 🫶🏼

Watching the love between you and Joey during this session—and seeing the way you both love on the boys made my heart so happy. The love, patience, and care you pour into others is something special, and it's beautiful to see that same love reflected back to you. You both deserve the kind of love you give so freely, and it's obvious you've found that in each other.

I've photographed a lot of love stories over the years, and every single one is meaningful in its own way.

But every now and then, I get the chance to photograph people I love dearly—and that's a special kind of privilege.

This weekend, I had the honor of celebrating one of my best friends as she married the love of her life. I got to witness the joy, the tears, the laughter, the hugs, and all the little moments that make a wedding day unforgettable—not just through my lens, but as someone who knows and loves the people in these photos.

Watching a friend find a love that is steady, kind, and genuine is one of life's greatest gifts.
