Hello 👋 Let me reintroduce myself as it’s been a long time since I have shown my face on here and have lots of new faces. My name is Lilly May, I am a creative based out of Miami, FL. I have a thing for red cars, sneakers and anything photography related. I don’t like bacon ( I know, I know I’ve heard it all 🙄) but I am that person that puts pineapple pizza 🍕.

Most people don’t know that I am currently studying to become a physician, so you might see some science/school content from time to time. I know a photographer whose also a really smart nerd? Yup, that’s me! 🤷🏻‍♀️

For those wondering, no I’ll never give up photography; it’s apart of me and will not let it go ever. ❤️

This year I will be posting more on here and I hope to take you along the ride! ✨

So I know I’ve been MIA for a long time on here, and it’s not because I wanna be. As the year is coming to a close i have evaluated things I want to adjust in the new year and I want to be more active on here and post regularly like I used to. Which means I need to actively start to shoot content for me and not just work all the time. I love my work and need to make it a priority to have fun with it too just for myself.

I hope you all are doing well and if you’re not know that the bad times are always temporary. If you ever need a ear to listen my door is always open.

2021 was a learning and growing year for me and I’m so grateful to all the people I have loved, lost and gained. I’m not one for new year, new me type of mentality but am excited to continue to grow and learn to be a better version of myself.

I have such a deep love for cars. Photographing them has to be one of my all time favorite things to shoot, well besides driving them of course!

What you don’t know about this photo is, it’s taken me over a year to post a recent photo of myself. Why? Because I had gained so much weight got so self conscious and had very bad body issues. Funny enough, even after losing 70 pounds I still don’t see myself how I used to. I can look at this photo and tear it apart about what’s wrong with my body, but instead I decided to embrace all my flaws and the beauty of being imperfect ✨

If you didn’t know already: You are beautiful just the way you are. Even in the awkward position you are looking at this photo with your screen to your face, showing a your double chin. All of that is gorgeous! ♥️

I had the honor to shoot a surprise proposal a couple weeks ago. I’m such a sucker for a love story and I throughly enjoy shooting couples. This shot in particular from the session with their daughter melted me. I’m not sure why but I’m super proud of this photo, it just hits me right on my heart strings 💞
