long time no post! I’ve been so caught up in shooting film & learning more about developing it at that I let this page get behind me and then got waaay to anxious to come back? But hello I’m here I still shoot digital and would love to capture you.

This is a special set with a badass human who has changed my life! I’m lucky to have Britt as my trainer. I’ve never been able to ever stick with a workout routine until meeting with Britt in March. I paid them 2 months in advance so make sure I gave it along shot. Over 6 months later and is still don’t know who I am when I’m at the gym.

I was so excited to shoot them in their element while I was in mine📸 (though I go twice a week- the gym still ain’t my element) .

Check them out they will be helping to open a new inclusive gym & art space ! I’m excited to transition to with them and if any of my RVA friends are interested in training DM us & ask about joining!

some black & whites from Zack & Karessa’s wedding! I made this preset based off on of my favorite film stocks, Ilford HP5 🤓 I’m a color queen through & through but there is something so classix about a good black & white film stock (or preset)

cute night shoot with Brittany & Matty 💘 the sun set a little earlier than I expect but I was able to give them that night light glow by holding my light stick above them. It was quite the balancing act with my camera in the other hand but I dig how they turned out! Experimenting with lighting is also so fckn fun!

When working with couples I usually give them a lot of prompts in order to get sweet candid shots. “Whisper something funny in their ear, hold hands and run” etc etc. But last night Matty just found a flower and turned the shoot into a scene from a romantic indie movie, 😍😍 no direction needed!
These two were so fun & genuine it made shooting easy!

fun fact! I’m obsessed with light reflections & have 2 disco balls and about 20-30 prisms through our my apartment. When the sun is out my place is filled with rainbows and light polka dots! They bring me so much joy 🙃
