This is my nephew Cameron, Cameron is 11 years old.

Tomorrow marks one year since his Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis.

Type 1 Diabetes is an autoimmune disease where the body stops producing insulin. It isn’t preventable and it isn’t caused by diet or lifestyle.

It can happen at any age.

For many, symptoms come on quickly and can be easy to miss or brush off.

This is your reminder to listen to your body, no matter your age.
If something feels off, don’t ignore it.

Awareness matters. Early diagnosis can save lives. 🤍

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month 💙

Today, I had the honor of volunteering my photography services to capture a local 5K dedicated to Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. This event was focused on bringing the community together to raise awareness, celebrate survivor resilience, and support the critical services our advocates provide every day.

Being surrounded by such a strong, supportive community on a Saturday morning was something I won’t forget.

Every 1 in 5 women and 1 in 71 men in the U.S. have experienced sexual assault, and yet so many stories go unheard. Events like this remind us how important it is to stand together, speak up, and support one another.

Grateful to witness the strength, resilience, and unity that filled today’s race. It was more than just miles, it was movement for a cause that matters.

These three are proof that the best sessions are equal parts laughter and chaos. The wind was freezing and we were all fighting to stay warm, but somehow, they made it look effortless. Between the jokes, the nonstop teasing, and the way they kept each other smiling, this was one of those sessions where you could truly see and feel the love 🤍
