Just look at that cute face!!! 💗✨ If you have met this human (and if you’re in RVA, chances are you have), there is no doubt they have had an impact on you.

I’ve only known for a short period of time, but their positive energy and passion for life has truly inspired and lit me up to my core. To watch them bring together community and hold such great space for collective healing is to experience something other worldly 👽🪄

Now they are facing a huge hurdle, stage 4 thymic cancer. Let’s band together to return the support and healing they offer to this beautiful community. You can support by donating to their GoFundMe, attending the upcoming class at this weekend, or showering them with love!!!

Join this lovely human, , and me for a giving garden yoga fundraiser this Sunday (in this beautiful garden pictured above)! 💐

We’re offering a donation based yoga class to support the American Nurses Foundation’s Wellness Initiative to provide free mental healthcare to nurses 🏥

Come bathe in leaves, enjoy these abnormally warm November temperatures, and get your groove on! We’ll be tag team teaching, with a fiery warm up and some gentle, soothing stretches 🧘🏻‍♀️

The best part is a small donation of just $20.20 provides one nurse a free one hour call with a mental health specialist!

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Lindsey and Scotty’s wedding back in June 💚

Lindsey was one of the first people I met when I moved out to Colorado and she immediately felt like a big sis. Being a part of their big day brought me so much joy & happiness! Not to mention there were about 30 kids running around the wedding (including two of their own lil munchkins 👼🏼)

The Lost Wonder Hut Crew 2021!

In a couple short weeks we’re headed back to Salida for our annual AWAKEN retreat at our favorite hut 🌻🌸🌙

We fill our water bottles in a stream nearby, lick our plates clean and rinse them in the stream, take hikes straight out our back door, cold plunge in nearby alpine lakes and practice allll the yoga and somatic movement.

This is a backcountry nature immersion — unplugged and unfiltered. Leave your tech and your labels at home and jump into 3 days of fun filled nature time 🍃

To top it off, .starseed is joining us for a sound bath experience and will be behind our gourmet wilderness meals 🤤
