Farewell Betty. Such a sad day. Controversial plane but in my opinion one of the coolest airframes on the commercial side of the world. Glad I was able to get a handful of these on camera while I had the chance.

Beach Blast never disappoints! Rough Raiders put on quite the show over the boardwalk of VA Beach, and gave quite a great look on just how much power the F-35 has.

VFA-105 CAG on final to Oceana after a long trip in the Middle East. One of the last CAGs I needed to get on camera.

The highlight of the show for Wings over Wayne 2025. F-15s always on point for the Combined Arms Demo, flares are always an added bonus. Lots of cancellations today, but the CAD is always a can’t miss.

Absolutely devastated after learning about the passing of Rob Holland today at Langley Air Force Base. Absolutely no one could put on a show like Rob. I’ve been to countless air shows where Rob performed and I always found myself watching his act more than taking photos. Rob could captivate a crowd unlike any other pilot could, spectators of all ages would be equally amazed by the maneuvers he could do. From flips, to stalls, to Jet truck racing, to flying with Fat Albert, to turning his MXS into a helicopter, Rob could do it all. This unimaginable loss will leave a massive hole in the community that will never be able to be filled.

🗓️ 2024 RECAP 🗓️

2024 was a big year for me in more ways than one. While we didn’t get to travel to a ton of airshows this year, I definitely got to meet more photographers / spotters this year than any time before. Thanks to everyone who has followed or helped me along the way. Lots of big airshows coming in 2025 and I can’t wait to meet more of you along the way. If you see me towing my wife and baby along at any airshows this year, please feel free to say hello!
