My niece Faith is expecting Baby #2 soon, and I am going to be a double-great-aunt! We got up EARLY in an attempt to not melt. Evening shoots are not even a thing with 100+ degree temps. We roamed around downtown Wharton for a photo session with her family. By 8 am-ish, it was a wrap, and Ellie got her donuts! I have zero problems with bribing for smiles. Enjoy!

I had an a-typical photo shoot this week... I was both photographer and subject. My Dad will be launching a new website for his company Pop Mobile Displays soon, and we needed head-shots and a few photos of a mobile sign. My Dad is "Pop" the Boss, I am admin, and extra fun... my sister has just started in sales! Family business! Extra Extra fun... it was my first photo shoot with my brand new Nikon mirrorless camera!

One of my best friends bought a newborn session for her sister as a Christmas present, and I think this gift will keep on givin'! Meet Maeve! Isn't she precious, adorable, wonderful, squish-able, and pretty much perfect??? The newborn stage is such a brief moment in time.
