I know I’ve been going non-stop, but as soon as I sat down after tonight’s photo shoots to look at how many shoots I had done since I went back to school for this year, I was shocked. So, here is ONE photo from every shoot during that time.

Working multiple jobs (including starting a district admin program) means there’s rarely a true “day off.” There’s always something to do, someone who needs something, a deadline to meet, or a kiddo who is dreaming big dreams.

It can be exhausting. But I’m also incredibly grateful. Every job, every interaction with my kids or students, every opportunity, every long day is helping me help others.

So if you see me running from one thing to the next, coffee in hand and probably a little tired… just know I’m working hard, trusting God, and doing my best to make it all count. ❤️

One day, I know I can look back at these crazy, busy seasons and say, “It was all worth it.”

Cloudy beach days might just be one of my favorite.

No squinting, no harsh shadows, no fighting the bright sun. And honestly? The clouds bring their own kind of magic. They make the sky moodier, the moments feel cozier, and let YOU be the focus of the photos.

So if you show up for your beach session and the sun is hiding… don’t worry. Some of the most beautiful beach photos happen under cloudy skies. 🤍

Clouds don’t cancel the magic. They help create it.

It feels like just yesterday I was photographing their tiny newborn snuggles, and now they're laughing, clapping, and showing off the sweetest little personalities. Watching families grow is one of the greatest gifts of this job.

Senior sessions are in full swing!!!! Senior year only happens once, and your photos should feel like you.

When planning your senior session, think about:
1. A location that fits your personality (downtown, mountains, flowers, the beach, your school, or your favorite coffee shop)
2. 2 outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable
3. Meaningful props like sports gear, instruments, books, letterman jackets, or your cap and gown
4. The best light (just before sunset) creates the most beautiful, flattering images.

Most importantly, don't stress about knowing how to pose. That's my job! I'll guide you every step of the way so your session feels fun, relaxed, and authentically you.

There are moments in life that remind you just how beautiful it is to watch people grow.

This week, I had the incredible privilege of meeting the precious newborn daughter of one of my former students. ❤️ Holding that sweet little girl, I couldn't help but think back on the journey her mama has been on.

I've watched her face challenges that could have easily made her give up, but she didn't. She kept showing up. She kept pushing forward. She persevered. And recently, she graduated. For her, this milestone represented so much more than earning a diploma. It represented resilience, determination, and hope.

What an honor it has been to witness her story unfold, and what a gift to meet the little girl who will grow up seeing firsthand what strength and perseverance look like.

If you've been wondering where I've been lately... I've been deep in website redesign mode, volunteering at not one but TWO churches, and getting everything ready to take an amazing group of teen moms to church camp. ❤️

Life has felt wonderfully full lately, and while my to-do list seems to grow by the minute, I'm so grateful for every opportunity to serve, create, and pour into others.

The website is getting a fresh new look, camp preparations are in full swing, and I'm counting down the days until we get to make some incredible memories with these young moms. It's a busy season, but it's also a season filled with purpose.

If responses are a little slower than usual, know that I'm still here. I'm just juggling all the things and trusting God through every step.
