Some sessions are extra special, and this one was definitely one of them. 💛

Getting to photograph my dear friend Kelsey and her sweet babies surrounded by soft spring blooms, pastel colors, and a meadow full of sunshine was such a gift. The laughter, the cuddles, the wild little moments in between is everything family photos should be.

Kelsey is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted, and loving people I have ever met. Life hasn't always taken the easiest path for her, but through every challenge she continues to move forward with incredible strength, grace, and a heart full of love. She pours that love into her children every single day, and it shows. These kids are growing up surrounded by warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion.

Watching them laugh together, explore the flowers, and simply enjoy being with one another was such a beautiful reminder that the greatest things in life are often the simplest moments.

I am so thankful to call this amazing woman my friend and so honored to capture these memories for her beautiful family. 💕

The softest golden glow, endless rows of lavender, and the sweetest little giggles filling the evening air. 💜✨

These are the moments that moms wish they could bottle up forever. The tiny hands reaching up, the belly laughs, the cuddles, and the way their babies fit perfectly in their arms, even as they grow.

Watching these two soak in a beautiful sunset together was pure magic. The lavender was in bloom, the light was dreamy, and her joyful giggles were enough to make anyone smile.

Motherhood is made up of a million little moments like these, and I'm so grateful I get to preserve them. 🌿☀️

This sweet girl spent her birthday soaking up the sunshine, sharing laughs with Mom and Dad, and making memories in one of the prettiest places Northern California has to offer. The lavender was glowing, the sunset was pure magic, and their love for each other made every photo even more beautiful.

If I had to pick three words to describe this family, they would be joy, laughter, and silliness. 💜

From the moment we stepped into the lavender fields, these guys had me smiling. Between the giggles, playful moments, and all the love they share, this session felt effortless and fun.

And before anyone comments on the little one's serious expressions in a few photos... don't let that mini mean mug fool you. 😂 She was full of smiles and giggles too! She had just been woken up from a nap for photos, and honestly, I think we can all relate to being a little cranky after that.

But that's one of the things I love most about photographing families. Every personality, every mood, every little expression tells part of the story. Years from now, these photos won't just remind them of what they looked like they'll remind them exactly who they were.

Some families become more than just clients, they become familiar faces you look forward to seeing year after year. 💜

I've had the honor of photographing the Gladden family several times now, and one of my favorite parts has been watching sweet baby O grow. It feels like just yesterday I was photographing a tiny infant curled up in mom and dad's arms, and now look at him- so full of personality, curiosity, and smiles.

We spent the evening wandering through the beautiful lavender fields in Fairfield, California, surrounded by endless rows of purple blooms and golden sunshine. The scent of lavender drifted through the air while little O explored, laughed, and soaked up every moment with his family.

One of the greatest gifts of this job is getting a front-row seat to these chapters of life. Watching families grow, change, and create memories together is something I never take for granted.

Thank you, Gladden family, for continuing to trust me with your memories. It means more than you know. 💜✨

This sweet family stepped into the lavender fields for their first-ever family photos, and what a beautiful evening it was. The rows of purple blooms seemed to stretch on forever, the golden sunlight wrapped around them perfectly, and the laughter came so naturally.

I know getting family photos done for the first time can feel a little intimidating, but these three made it look effortless. Between the snuggles, giggles, and quiet moments together, we captured memories that will only become more precious with time.

Years from now, these photos won't just remind them of what they looked like, they'll remind them of this season of life, the love they share, and the joy of simply being together.

Some sessions take a few minutes to warm up, and then suddenly the magic happens. 🌻✨

This sweet mama and her two kiddos joined me in the beautiful flower fields of Fairfield, surrounded by towering sunflowers, colorful cosmos blooms, and mountain views stretching across the horizon. The sun was shining bright, the breeze kept the flowers dancing, and it couldn't have been a more beautiful evening.

At first, her son wasn't quite sure about being in front of the camera, but we gave him a little time, and he completely stole the show! By the end of our session, he was hamming it up, making us laugh, and loving every second of the attention. Those genuine smiles are always worth the wait.
